Koyel asks Swara why she is looking at strange jewelry. Koyel said that even though he broke up with his son and their daughter, he is still their child’s husband. Swara seeks everyone’s blessings. He taps Koyel’s feet and says that he will not obey him easily. Swara is asked to keep the kamarbandh carefully as it is their family jewel. He tells Rudra not to worry and assures him that he will protect him.
Swara comes to keep it in her cupboard and keeps the key on her waist carefully. Koyel and Dhwani wait outside and ask her to work properly so that they can blame Swara. Swara is asked to prepare mehendi paste for Teej’s puja, so she sits down to do it. Naina comes to ask Swara for help but Swara says she won’t ask her for help and asks her to enjoy the event. Naina goes to Vedant and asks him to help Swara mix mehendi as she is not fully recovered. Vedant comes to Swara and starts helping her in her work. He goes in to bring clove oil but Dhwani tries not to let him in as Koyel is there. Swara doesn’t listen to him and goes inside.
Swara sees a veiled woman trying to snatch her kamarbandh from the veil. He grabbed the woman who was actually Koyel and shouted that there was a thief in the room. He tried to open the woman’s curtain to stop her but Koyel pushed her away. Vedant and others come and ask Swara what is happening. He tells everyone what is wrong. They all go out to find the thief but they don’t find anyone.
Koyel starts acting and says that in Teej’s good time this happened which is a bad sign. He says it was a mistake on his part to give kamarbandh to Swara. Swara says she knew its value and saved it but someone stole it. As Koyel starts crying, Vedant tells him to control himself and asks him not to worry. He blames Swara for being reckless. Koyel motions Dhwani to drop the bag as he crosses the square. Koyel draws everyone’s attention to the bag.
