Jhanak suddenly falls ill due to her pregnancy while Aditya is present and quickly catches her before she hits the ground. Despite his efforts to comfort her, Jhanak is in significant abdominal pain. Aditya decides to admit her to the hospital, doing his best to reassure her that he will protect their baby and that nothing will happen to it. Jhanak’s fear intensifies as she worries about losing her baby before it is even born.
Her insecurity makes her feel even more vulnerable. She is haunted by the thought that Anirudhha might reject their baby, just as she had been rejected and ridiculed in the past for not knowing her own father’s identity. The possibility that her baby might face the same rejection troubles her deeply.
Aditya promises Jhanak that she will eventually learn the identity of her father and that he will come into her life to apologize. This revelation surprises Jhanak, but Aditya deflects further questions. Jhanak begs for a better life for her child, hoping it won’t suffer the way she did. Aditya assures her that he will care for the child and expresses his feelings for Jhanak. However, Jhanak insists that she only loves Aniruddha and cannot live without him.
Meanwhile, Appu and Lalan are expected to complete all the wedding rituals, but Appu is eager to move on. Kajal gives her medicine, and Appu understands the significance of their first night together. The neighbors ridicule Appu for her perceived mental illness, but Lalan defends her against their taunts. Despite their insistence, Appu complies with all the rituals and instructions. Afterward, Kajal decides to return home.
On their wedding night, Appu asks Lalan to sing a song for her. As Lalan sings, Appu falls asleep peacefully. Kajal, standing outside the door, hears their conversation and feels a deep sense of loss over her unfulfilled love for Lalan.
In the hospital, Jhanak describes her abdominal pain to the doctor, who then orders some tests before beginning treatment. Aditya enters the room, introducing himself as Jhanak’s husband. The doctor becomes suspicious and begins to question whether Jhanak is actually pregnant.
