Aditya discovers that Jhanak is not pregnant, but instead has a tumor, which led to the initial misunderstanding. The doctor informs him that the tumor needs to be operated on immediately, but they require a family member’s signature to proceed with the treatment. Without hesitation, Aditya agrees and asks the doctor how long Jhanak’s recovery will take. The doctor reassures him that while her condition is serious, everything should go well. Aditya, deeply concerned for Jhanak, pleads with the doctor to provide the best care, as she is very important to him.
Meanwhile, Aniruddh returns home after attending Appu’s reception at Lalan’s house. Arshi questions him about the event, but Aniruddh is visibly upset that she didn’t accompany him. He had hoped his wife would at least attend the program, but Arshi refused to listen to anyone. This sparks another argument between them, this time centered around Jhanak and her involvement in their lives. Arshi blames Aniruddh for damaging their marriage because of his entanglement with Jhanak.
Arshi then suggests they travel to Dubai for a dance event, but despite initially showing interest, Aniruddh backs out. Furious, Arshi lashes out at Jhanak, criticizing her character and accusing her of always being around. Aniruddh, uncomfortable with Arshi’s harsh words, grows weary of the constant attacks. Arshi makes it clear that she cannot accept Aniruddh’s family members who continue to support Jhanak. In frustration, Aniruddh warns that their marriage may not survive if Arshi continues this behavior.
Later, Aditya visits Jhanak’s hospital room and is overwhelmed with emotion seeing her in such a fragile state. Jhanak, filled with fear, breaks down, worried that she might not survive the surgery. Aditya, with a heavy heart, struggles to contain his feelings for her and expresses his deep care. Despite her own turmoil, Jhanak doesn’t want to burden Aditya any further. She asks him to contact Aniruddh before the surgery, as she feels he should know the outcome, regardless of what happens. Aditya reminds her that Aniruddh has already distanced himself from her. But Jhanak, still holding onto her past with Aniruddh, reveals that she still considers him her husband. She can’t forget their marriage, and believes that Aniruddh hasn’t fully moved on either.
Aditya promises to inform Aniruddh as requested. Jhanak, noticing the pain on Aditya’s face, acknowledges how much he still cares for her. She extends her hand in friendship, and Aditya, taking her hand, vows to stand by her side and protect their bond until his last breath.
