Devotees begin crafting Ganesh idols as the song “Ganpati Bappa Morya” plays in the background.
The next day, Ganesh is prepared for his departure. Devraj Indra and the other Devtas arrive to take Ganesh. Devraj Indra requests Lord Shiv’s permission to take Ganesh. Lord Shiv advises Devraj Indra to seek Ganesh’s consent. Ganesh wonders if it is right to leave. Narad advises Ganesh to follow Devraj Indra. Lord Shiv and Devi Parvati bless Ganesh, and the Devtas chant “Vignagarta Ganesh ki Jai” as they escort him away. Meanwhile, devotees celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi with great enthusiasm.
In contrast, Mahishaasur vows to disrupt Ganesh Chaturthi. He visits the asur Hunda, who had been punished by Ashok Sundari for his forced marriage attempt. Mahishaasur releases Hunda from captivity.
Ganesh arrives in Swarglok with the Devtas and greets Lord Narayan and Brahmadev. Everyone chants “Ganesh Ji Ki Jai” as Ganesh takes his place. The priest begins the puja to the tune of “Jai Ganesha.” From Kailash, Lord Shiv and Devi Parvati watch with smiles as Narad and others perform the aarti for Ganesh, and devotees also conduct the aarti for Ganesh’s idols.
Mahishaasur instructs Hunda to help him ruin Lord Shiv’s family. Hunda inquires about Mahishaasur, who introduces himself. Hunda recalls Shukracharya’s mention of both him and Mahishaasur and pledges his allegiance to Mahishaasur. They plan to seek revenge against the Devtas and Mahadev. Shukracharya arrives and praises Mahishaasur for freeing Hunda, expressing optimism about their future.
At Kailash, Lord Shiv asks Devi Parvati about her activities. Devi Parvati reveals her intention to make kheer for everyone. Lord Shiv requests a handful of rice grains, which Devi Parvati provides, questioning his motives. He leaves, and she wonders about his purpose.
In Swarglok, Kuberar invites Ganesh to dine with him, while Rishivar offers his place. Kuberar insults Rishivar for forgetting his status, and Rishivar rebukes Kuberar. Kuberar then inquires where Ganesh prefers to eat. Devi Parvati asks Lord Shiv about Ganesh’s choice. Lord Shiv, deep in meditation, is seen holding the rice grains. Nandi is puzzled by this.
Ganesh decides to dine with Kuberar, making Kuberar pleased but angering Rishivar. Devi Parvati is concerned and questions Lord Shiv about Ganesh valuing wealth over devotion. Rishivar threatens to curse Ganesh, and Devi Parvati grows worried.
