At the dinner table, Tejas piles his plate with food. His mother asks if he’s very tired. Roshni, thinking about her husband’s demanding office job, goes back to the kitchen to make more parathas for Tejas. Meanwhile, Renuka tells her son that he needs to find a job soon, or he’ll be caught in his deception. Tejas promises to sort it out within a few days, but Renuka worries about the embarrassment if others discover he’s not actually working.
Later, Sachin comes home drunk and struggles to stand. Paresh notices his son’s state and questions him. Sachin explains that he’s upset by Paresh’s poor condition and proudly shares that he confronted Akash at the hotel. Paresh and Renuka are taken aback by this.
