Sachin is deeply hurt by Sayali’s behavior. As he sleeps at night, he murmurs about his painful experiences, unable to shake off the betrayal from his wife. Sayali, listening nearby, comprehends the turmoil in her husband’s mind.
The next morning, Sachin wakes up with a headache and apologizes to his mother-in-law for his behavior the previous night. Shobha sees his sincerity and decides to bring him a cup of tea, but Sayali and Juhi dismiss his apology. Despite this, Shobha quickly forgives her son-in-law, assuring him that everything will be alright. Sayali, however, criticizes Sachin for drinking too much the night before, and Shobha warns him about the dangers of alcohol.
Sachin asks Dilip to fetch the gifts he brought for others. Dilip offers to help with a scalp massage, but Sachin declines, insisting he can manage on his own. In a clumsy moment, he accidentally spills tea on his forehead, and everyone bursts into laughter at his expense.
Dressed in a new kurta and pajamas, Sachin arrives as Sayali indirectly prompts him to sit for the puja, mentioning that they are running late. She taunts him about last night, and Sachin fires back, splashing Ganga jal on her as a retort to her lies. Sayali starts the puja, and afterward, Shobha presents Sachin with a ring as part of the ceremony. However, Sachin refuses the gift, insisting that his in-laws save it for Juhi’s wedding.
After the puja, Sachin and Sayali head to the temple to perform the aarti for Ganeshji. Sayali looks into her husband’s eyes and feels a wave of happiness. Outside the temple, Dilip sets up some firecrackers for fun, and Sachin teases Sayali about her bravery in lighting them. Sayali admits she can burst crackers but is terrified inside, mustering all her courage to impress Sachin.
Despite his teasing, she successfully lights the cracker and rushes into Sachin’s arms, hugging him tightly out of fear. Initially, Sachin enjoys the moment, but when Juhi reminds them of their surroundings, he becomes embarrassed and starts mumbling awkwardly. Sayali senses a shift in their relationship, realizing it is not as it once was. Sachin bids farewell to her mother and prepares to leave, with Sayali following closely behind.
