The episode starts with
Karan brings an onion for Satya. He says I don’t have the foggiest idea why you are doing this. He requests that she put it under her armpit and it will attempt to build internal heat level. He says I am your companion and assuming you need me whenever, simply call me. Satya figures I will deal with this Iravati now with this onion All relatives are planning for Kahani’s tandav. Iravati figures they will be in a shock today. Karan calls Rupa and says Kahani blacked out in the mandir. Rupa says what? Saroj calls Yug and he is going to take off from the house yet Karan brings Satya home.
Yug races to her and inquires as to whether she is fine? Iravati believes it’s all her show. Yug says she has a fever as well. Iravati figures she will not escape this snare now. Rupa expresses gratitude toward Karan for bringing Kahani home. Iravati calls a specialist there. He checks Satya and says she has a high fever. Iravati inquires as to whether she has any disease? The specialist says I will take her blood test for a test. He takes her blood and says we will know after the tests. Satya figures I will be in a tough situation once the reports come. Iravati murmurs to Satya that your blood bunch is not quite the same as Kahani so you are caught now. Satya looks on.
Iravati takes out her harmed juice from the cooler and says I will get Kahani killed today then, at that point fault Satya for killing her. Gunjan requests that she go to the parlor. Iravati is frightened.

Kahani says I will drink it later on. Gunjan puts it on the table and says drink it later on. She leaves.
