Karan tells her to take Dadi to the hospital and he will reach the hospital. Palki brings a wheelchair. They took Dadi out from there. At the hospital, Nidhi tells Aarohi that Preeta is alive so she tries to kill her but Srishti comes. Aarohi asks her to call Shambhu there to kill Preeta. He says that Preeta will die no matter what.
Nidhi called Shambhu but there was no answer from the other side. Then she calls Nilesh and scolds him for not killing Preeta. He tells her that he really wants Preeta to die today. Nilesh tells him that Shambhu is not available and he will complete the work.Palki brings grandmother there. Kareena asks Nidhi what Nidhi is doing there.
