Savi urges Tapsee to reveal the name of the person who molested her in Canada. Jigar, visibly uneasy, coughs at the sight of Tapsee. Tara also presses Tapsee for the name. Jigar, trying to distract her, subtly reminds her that her mother is ill, suggesting she should focus on her instead of court matters. Savi insists that the molester should be punished. Tapsee hesitates but ultimately agrees with Jigar, saying her priority for now is her mother, and then she leaves.
Meanwhile, Mrunmayi questions Aman and Ahana about why they’re at her home. Ahana cheerfully informs her that she’s the new paying guest (PG) and compliments the house. She defends Aman, claiming he’s not the playboy Mrunmayi made him out to be, but rather very helpful. After checking the house, Ahana heads to her room. Mrunmayi is furious with Aman for bringing his girlfriend to stay as a PG in their home. Aman tries to explain that it was Rajat’s idea, and he had no clue Ahana would be living there. Ahana asks Aman to help with her luggage, and he obliges.
Elsewhere, Rajat approaches Saisha and awkwardly tries to strike up a conversation, using Savi’s clothes as an excuse to seem concerned. When Savi enters the room, Saisha leaves, and Rajat’s pretense drops as he carelessly tosses Savi’s clothes aside. Savi observes that Rajat doesn’t seem to know how to connect with Saisha.
Later, Rajat sees Saisha drinking milk while Bhagyasree sips bitter gourd juice. He tries to bond with Saisha by offering to buy her ice cream and asks what her favorite flavor is. Saisha responds that her favorite is the same as Savi’s. Rajat promptly heads to the ice cream shop, where he calls Savi to ask what her favorite flavor is so he can get it for Saisha.
At the ice cream shop, Jigar confronts Tapsee, questioning why she joined Savi’s school and why she came to his house. Tapsee denies knowing it was his house, but Jigar sternly warns her to stay away from him and his family, demanding she quit her job. Tapsee walks away, and Rajat, having witnessed the exchange, calls out to Jigar, but Jigar quickly leaves.
Isha and Shantanu return home to find Ahana there. Mrunmayi pulls Isha aside and reveals that Rajat arranged for Ahana to stay, despite knowing the tension between them. Isha reassures her that she’ll handle the situation. Later, Rajat returns with masala red guava ice cream for Savi and Saisha. Savi thanks him and asks Saisha if she’d like some, and she happily agrees.
Raju questions Jigar about his whereabouts, to which Jigar responds that he was on the terrace. Rajat, however, confronts Jigar, saying he saw him outside with a girl and demands to know who it was. Tara intervenes, covering for Jigar by saying he was meeting a recruiter about a job. Jigar nods and plays along.
Meanwhile, Chitra tells Ashika that she saw Savi and Rajat dancing together and suspects that Rajat has moved on with Savi. Ashika, although she also saw them, insists that Rajat only married Savi for Saisha’s sake. Another woman nearby comments that if Ashika still believes that, she’s being naive. Upset, Ashika storms off.
Savi approaches Rajat and asks him to consider giving Jigar a job at his company, explaining that Jigar’s self-esteem is taking a hit from staying at home. Rajat agrees to talk to Aman about it. Later, Rajat looks for Saisha’s speech competition date in her diary but can’t find it. Frustrated, he assumes Savi has been careless. Savi enters and clarifies that the school sends this information directly to the parents via WhatsApp. She informs him that the competition is tomorrow at 4 p.m.
That night, Ashika shares her concerns with Harsh, worrying that Rajat may have moved on with Savi, which could ruin their plans. Harsh advises her not to overthink it, assuring her they’ll find out the truth soon.
The next day, Rajat attends Saisha’s speech competition, but the teacher asks him to sit in the back to avoid disturbing other parents. Saisha delivers her speech, speaking fondly of her father and how much he cares for her. Rajat proudly records the moment, while Savi, unaware that Rajat is there, wonders why he hasn’t shown up. Later, Saisha mentions that Savi helped her write the speech. Rajat, determined to outshine Savi in Saisha’s eyes, plans a surprise for her. After the competition, Saisha asks Savi if Rajat attended. Savi explains that Rajat was there but had to sit in the back and leave early due to work. She then takes Saisha home.
Rajat, arriving with balloons for Saisha, finds out from the school that Savi has already taken her home. He becomes frustrated, believing Savi is turning Saisha against him. At home, Savi runs into Mrunmayi, who is on her way out. Mrunmayi complains about Rajat allowing Ahana to stay at their house and then leaves in frustration.
Rajat confronts Savi, accusing her of taking Saisha from school to drive a wedge between him and his daughter. He insists that he did attend the speech and was preparing a surprise for Saisha when Savi interfered. Savi fires back, criticizing him for thinking so negatively. Their argument shifts to Rajat’s decision to let Ahana stay at the Bhosle house, despite knowing about the tension with Mrunmayi. Rajat snaps, asking if he needs Savi’s permission to make decisions. The argument escalates until, in a moment of vulnerability, Rajat suddenly hugs Savi and confesses, “I love you.” Unbeknownst to them, Ashika witnesses the entire exchange from her car.
