Jagriti informs Durjan and the others about Geeta, referring to her as “Mamma.” She explains how Mamma inspired her to pursue an education and reassures everyone that she isn’t afraid of being a Chitta. Bindi grows concerned for Jagriti and pulls her away, insisting that she needs to be taught a lesson. Meanwhile, Durjan recalls Kalikant’s warning to him.
Bindi complains to Harish about Jagriti talking about education. Jagriti questions why Bindi is upset with her for mentioning education, to which Bindi responds that she has witnessed the negative consequences of education in their community. She recalls how their community suffered because of Geeta in the past and warns Jagriti that if Kalikant finds out she’s pursuing education as a Chitta, he won’t spare her, and no one will be able to help. Bindi urges Harish to explain to Jagriti that she must abandon her thoughts of education. Reflecting on Geeta’s influence, Harish tells Jagriti to forget about education and makes a comment regarding the situation.
Golu and his friends discuss Jagriti’s remarks about education, agreeing that it’s detrimental since their parents discourage them from pursuing it. Kachori chimes in, saying that Jagriti believes education can earn them respect. Golu warns Kachori to stop siding with Jagriti, threatening to tell their mother.
That night, Nanda questions Durjan about why he allows Jagriti the freedom to speak and act. Durjan calls her over to show her the moon, comparing education to the moon—something Jagriti can never reach. Nanda counters that earning ₹100 feels like reaching the moon, and yet Jagriti managed it. She warns Durjan that if Jagriti receives an education, he will lose control over the community. Enraged, Durjan punishes Nanda by burning her hand on a hot pan and makes a disparaging remark before leaving.
Under the stars, Jagriti speaks to her mother. Kachori joins her, and Jagriti expresses frustration that Harish and Bindi refuse to support her desire for an education. Kachori suggests she explain her desire to Harish just as Mamma explained it to her. Jagriti resolves to take Harish to meet Mamma, believing she can convey the importance of education to him. Kachori wonders how she’ll manage that since Harish is immobile, but then Jagriti spots some children playing with tires and gets an idea.
The next day, Jagriti heads to the junkyard, where, with Kachori’s help, she removes tires from a four-wheel cart.
When Bindi wakes Harish the next morning, she asks where Jagriti is, having not seen her since early morning. Just then, Jagriti arrives with other children, proudly showcasing the wheelchair she made for Harish to the entire community.
Jagriti presents the wheelchair to Harish, explaining that she created it so he can join her in meeting Mamma, who will emphasize the importance of education. Durjan mockingly praises Jagriti for making a wheelchair for Harish, suggesting that one day she might even give him wings. Jagriti responds enthusiastically, stating it would be wonderful if she could make wings for Harish. Durjan warns that if Harish had wings, he’d need to be cautious they don’t get broken or snatched by an eagle.
