Arshi laments that Aniruddha shows no concern for her and is solely focused on Jhanak. Srishti urges Arshi to pack her things and return home immediately. Shubho suggests calling Aniruddha to check if he’s really sick. Srishti insists that Aniruddha isn’t sick but merely sad about leaving Jhanak behind, accusing him of orchestrating everything in advance.
As Arshi begins to pack, Bipasha urges her to reconsider and understand the situation. Arshi insists that they cannot comprehend her pain because Aniruddha will ruin her life. She tells Bipasha she stayed to avoid losing to Jhanak and clarifies that she doesn’t love Aniruddha as they think. Subho counters, saying she isn’t so noble as to keep loving someone who will never love her back. Srishti reminds her to hurry, as they need to go to the police station.
Shubho and Tanuja advise Srishti to handle the situation delicately to prevent a rift between Arshi and Aniruddha. Arshi declares that everything is finished and she’s only there to retrieve her belongings and jewelry. Aniruddha’s grandmother questions her urgency, wondering if she thinks they would steal her things. Arshi responds that she’s only taking back what should have been returned to her.
Jhanak asks Choton if he informed Aniruddha’s family, and he admits he hasn’t done it yet but will inform his parents now. The news of Aniruddha potentially needing heart surgery devastates Jhanak, and she breaks down in tears. She asks Choton how this could happen, especially since Aniruddha leads a healthy lifestyle. He has no answers and reveals that Aniruddha has been acting strangely and not eating well lately. Jhanak panics, saying all she wanted was for Aniruddha to move on from her. Srishti and Arshi accuse the entire family of being part of a scheme with Aniruddha, escalating tensions in the household. Chaos ensues at Aniruddha’s home, with Appu crying and pleading with her parents to take her to Aniruddha, insisting he can’t leave her alone.

Meanwhile, Aniruddha’s grandmother grows furious at the lack of updates on his condition. Shobha calls Chhoton again for news about Aniruddha, but no one answers. Srishti remains convinced that Aniruddha and Chhoton are feigning illness to cancel their trip. As Arshi remains resolute in her decision, Tanuja and Shobhan try to persuade her to stay, but she ignores their pleas and urges Aniruddha’s family to control their son.
When Vinayak learns about Aniruddha’s situation, he becomes worried. However, Srishti and Arshi are skeptical and show no concern for Aniruddha’s well-being.
