Jhanak breaks down in tears as she grapples with the reality of Aniruddha’s situation. The thought that he might need heart surgery devastates her, and she cannot hold back her emotions. Shubho and Tanuja advise Srishti to handle the situation delicately to prevent any strain on Arshi and Aniruddha’s relationship. Chhoton reveals the harsh truth about Aniruddha’s condition, stating that he is currently on life support. He expresses his determination to take care of everything if no one else will. Shubho is left shocked by this revelation, while Ajanta becomes furious upon learning about the negligence of Shubho and Tanuja.

Tanuja and Srishti are taken aback, realizing the extent of their son’s suffering. Everyone is stunned to hear about Aniruddha’s critical state, especially since he has always led a healthy life. Ajanta’s anger intensifies toward Tanuja, criticizing her for denying Aniruddha’s illness. They decide to rush to the hospital, but when Ajanta mentions Jhanak’s name, both Tanuja and Shubho react with anger, unwilling to even hear her name. They continue to believe that Jhanak is the root cause of this disaster. After Tanuja and Shubho leave, Ajanta and Aniruddha’s grandparents pray for his recovery, with Ajanta feeling disheartened by the uncooperative attitudes of Tanuja and Shubho.

Ajanta highlights the flaws within the family, lamenting that Aniruddha lacks support from his wife, who claims to love him. She feels upset as she reflects on the unkind behavior of Srishti and Arshi. Subha’s father explains that Aniruddha suffers due to the betrayal and insults his father, Subha, inflicted on others in his past life, suggesting that now his son is paying the price for it.

In desperation, Jhanak rushes to the temple to perform a Puja for her husband, pleading with the priest to pray for Aniruddha’s recovery. The priest tells her it’s not the right time for such prayers, causing Jhanak to break down. Eventually, the priest relents and agrees to perform the Puja for her. She is instructed to collect the offerings from the shop, and a kind man assists her by giving her an auspicious plate. Everyone is taken aback by Jhanak’s fervent devotion to her husband. With unwavering faith, Jhanak prepares to offer her prayers, pouring out her love for Aniruddha.

In a moment of joy, Jhanak dances at the temple, singing a song and imagining Aniruddha dancing alongside her. She reminisces about their cherished memories together. However, after dancing for a while, she faints from exhaustion, prompting nearby devotees to rush over and try to revive her.

Meanwhile, Tanuja and Shubho arrive at the hospital, questioning Chhoton about how Aniruddha suddenly fell ill. Chhoton lashes out at them for their negligence, and Aditya joins in, chastising Shubho’s parents for their carelessness.
