Shaurya questions Shanaya and Sunny about where they are taking him, claiming he could have taught those people a lesson. Shanaya reminds him that he did something wrong and should be quiet. Noticing those people following them, she rolls down the window and throws money at them. In her haste, she accidentally drops Shaurya’s wallet and quickly drives away.
Shaurya scolds Shanaya for giving money to those people, and she retorts that he destroyed their homes, hoping they won’t complain about him. She and Sunny take him to Luthra House. Nidhi immediately senses something is wrong with Shaurya and instructs Girish to make him some herbal tea. Shanaya heads to the kitchen while Nidhi asks Sunny what happened. Sunny explains everything, including Shaurya’s attempt to kill Rajveer, to Nidhi, who learns that Rajveer was not even there.
Shanaya returns with the herbal tea and is soon interrupted by Girish, who informs Nidhi that police officers have arrived with some individuals. Rakhi confronts the police officer about their presence, and he requests to speak with Shaurya. As Shaurya approaches, the poor people recount their story to the police. Rakhi insists that Shaurya wasn’t drunk and didn’t leave the house, while Kareena accuses the poor people of lying for money.
The police officer informs them that he must arrest Shaurya. Shaurya protests his innocence, and Mahesh suggests they go to court. The officer insists on taking Shaurya to the police station, stating he is just performing his duty.
Shanaya intervenes, asserting that the police cannot arrest Shaurya. She claims the poor people saw his luxury car, blocked it, and demanded money, which Shaurya refused. The poor people counter that Shanaya is lying. Shanaya then challenges them, asking if they have proof of Shaurya’s actions. The police officer questions her, and Shanaya directs him to the CCTV camera near the traffic signal, claiming the footage will show the money she gave them.
The officer finds money in one of the poor person’s pockets, leading Shanaya to argue that she only gave it out of fear. The police officer chastises the poor people and roughs them up. Nidhi observes that Shanaya is playing her cards well. Shanaya falsely claims she was driving, while Shaurya asserts he isn’t drunk. Nidhi thinks the herbal tea has worked. She tells the officer that the poor people should be punished, and the officers take them away.
Nidhi expresses her gratitude to Shanaya, calling her the perfect daughter-in-law for the Luthra family, and asks Sunny to drop her off. As they leave, Nidhi reflects on Shanaya’s cleverness and heads to Shaurya’s room. Shaurya reassures her that everything is fine, but when Nidhi mentions Shanaya’s help, he states he’s not interested in her. Nidhi then inquires if he has feelings for Palki, to which he responds that he hates her.
The next day, Karan is thrilled to see Preeta, and Palki’s family arrives. Rakhi instructs Palki and Shanaya to observe everything, as they will need to manage things in the future. Nidhi greets Shanaya as she arrives, and Dadi invites everyone to sit down. Karan tells Mahesh that he intends to speak to Preeta about his decision. Rakhi cautions Karan not to discuss the past with Preeta. As Karan leaves, Nidhi seethes, thinking to herself how much she dislikes Preeta.
