Sulekha taunts Vaiju for making decisions on her own, scolding her for not consulting Rannvijay first. When Vaiju points out that Rannvijay was unwell, Sulekha reminds her of Jaikant’s responsibilities. The family members step in, defending Vaiju and urging Sulekha to calm down. Nagraj says Vaiju must have had good reasons for her actions. Jaikant mentions that when he went to the mill, he found Vaiju giving orders. Vaiju explains that she was only trying to help. Sulekha harshly tells her to stay in the fields, not meddle in the mill.
Sulekha accuses Vaiju of bossing around at home and now trying to do the same at the mill, claiming that Vaiju wants to take over as the owner. She sternly tells Vaiju that she will never let an outsider take Jaikant’s place. Vasundhara steps in, reminding Sulekha that it’s a festive day and she should calm down. Meanwhile, Rannvijay discusses with investors how he wants Jaya Sugars to become widely known. Jaya overhears and feels happy. The investors suggest using a real person for the brand’s image instead of a model, and Rannvijay agrees, saying it should be someone familiar with the mill. Jaya wonders if Rannvijay is thinking of her since the mill is named after her.
Later, Sulekha criticizes Vaiju again for Rannvijay’s absence during the Ganapati festival, pointing out that Vaiju came to care for Jaya but has stayed much longer than expected. Sulekha questions why Vaiju is still living in their house and what her relationship with the family is, insinuating that she has no reason to stay. Rannvijay overhears the conversation. Vaiju begins to feel that Sulekha might be right—being Rannvijay’s responsibility isn’t a good enough reason to remain in the house. Meanwhile, Jaya speaks to Kaveri on a video call, excited about the possibility of being the model for Jaya Sugars. Kaveri encourages her, and they choose sarees for the event.
The next morning, Rannvijay asks Jaya to come to the mill for some work. At the mill, he surprises Vaiju by asking her to be the face of Jaya Sugars for the shoot. Vaiju, taken aback, asks if he’s joking, but Rannvijay explains that he wants to prove her worth and silence Sulekha’s criticism. Vaiju, however, feels nervous and insists she doesn’t know how to act in front of a camera. As Jaya arrives at the mill, she overhears Rannvijay introducing Vaiju as the model for the advertisement and feels deeply hurt.
The director compliments Vaiju as the perfect choice for the campaign, which only adds to Jaya’s heartbreak. Vaiju, still hesitant, pleads with Rannvijay, saying she can’t go through with it. Just then, they notice Jaya standing nearby. Rannvijay asks Jaya to help convince Vaiju that she’s the right fit for the campaign. As the shoot begins, Jaya’s pain intensifies, and Rannvijay later finds her in tears. This leads to an argument between them, leaving both Jaya and Rannvijay emotionally torn.
