Mangal tells Sowmya that she did not know that she will dance with Ishana. Mangal asks Sowmya why she didn’t tell him. Sowmya tells Mangal that Mangal is in wheelchair and she just wants to help Ishana. Mangal tells Sowmya that if she tells him, she won’t mind. Sudesh tells Sowmya how Mangal, who has an injured leg, danced with Ishana and won the trophy. Sudesh also tells how Akshat told him that there is blood on the floor and talks about that.
Mangal says he will get something for them and leaves from there. Akshat comes and calls Ishana and Sudesh asking them to see the beauty of the house. Sowmya tries to explain to Adit why she didn’t come to the dance competition. Adit doesn’t listen to him. Adit killed. Sowmya later revealed her hand injury. Sowmya said that she was angry at the temple because of Lakshmi, so she could not come to the dance competition. Adit tells Sowmya that only her hand is injured but not her leg and asks Sowmya to watch Mangal dance with her injured leg.
Kusum and Mannan return home and find Sowmya holding Adit’s hand. Karthik calls Gayatri and tells Gayatri that he and Lakshmi will be little late and asks Gayatri not to wait for them. Gayatri wonders where Karthik is taking Lakshmi, though she doesn’t know.
Sowmya later pretends to praise Adit for hiding in front of Kusum and Mannan. Kusum and Mannan were surprised to see Mangal standing. Adit’s family told them what happened. Kusum and Mannan tell Mangal that they are happy to see her up. Kusum later announced that tomorrow, on Janmashtami, Sowmya’s parents will come to fix the wedding date. The next day, Adit’s family celebrates Janmashtami.
Sowmya’s parents come to Adit’s house. Pandit also comes after a while. Pandit checks Mannan and Sowmya’s kundali and says they can’t get married between them because their Kindali doesn’t match. Mangal suggests to Kusum if they should take advice from another Pandit. Pandit stops and says there is a good day in 2 days. Adit’s family and Sowmya’s parents welcomed this day.
Kusum asks Mangal to shop for jewelery for Sowmya. Adit says she will take him. Mangal agreed. Adit and Mangal come to the jewelery shop. Adit sees a woman removing her diamond jewelery and searching for jewellery. Adit cleverly put it in Mangal’s shopping bag.
Adit goes to call Sowmya. Adit tells Sowmya that they will send Mangal to jail because of which the marriage will be annulled. Adit tells Sowmya what she did. The woman noticed that her earring was missing and searched for it. One of the people found it in Mangal’s shopping bag. The woman accused Mangal of stealing.
