Veer notices that Bulbul is missing from his room and searches for her. He wonders where she could be and eventually finds her creating a statue for the puja. Seeing her, Veer smiles. Bulbul is pleased with her creation and confides her concerns to it, worried that Drishti might create misunderstandings between her and Veer. Veer joins her and helps with the statue, and Bulbul playfully wipes clay from his face. As they grow closer, Veer tries to flirt with her. Bulbul reflects on Veer’s temper and worries about how he would react if he knew her real age. She needs to retrieve a file from the almira, but the key is with Drishti. Noticing Bulbul’s sadness, Veer comments that she resembles her mother, while Drishti is more like her father—both cunning.
Bulbul glares at Veer, who apologizes, clarifying that his comment about Drishti was meant to highlight her resemblance to her father. Bulbul gets an idea and hugs Veer, thanking him for the inspiration. The next day, Sulakshana praises Bulbul for the beautiful statue. Drishti asks about the prasad, and Bulbul retorts that as a lawyer, she shouldn’t order her around like a judge; she only listens to Sulakshana. Drishti, holding the key, asserts her authority, but Bulbul insists that having the key doesn’t mean she can control the house. He excuses himself, and Bulbul emphasizes to her mother the importance of retrieving the key from Drishti, as it is being used to control them.
Geetha asks if she believes her father will help, and Bulbul is confident that his cunning nature will be of assistance. Later, Sulakshana greets the guests while Vaani takes Bulbul’s phone and makes a video call. Sulakshana, suspicious, checks on her, and Vaani lies about her actions. Devendra meets Drishti and secretly takes the key from her. He opens the almira and is startled to find a snake inside. Bulbul cleverly directs him away, and Vaayu praises her for her cleverness.
