Bhavin calls Amba and tells her that her work is over. Suman sees Isha moving and wonders if she should attend the cooking class. As soon as Suman leaves, Isha calls Chiku to ask if she is not coming. Chiku asks her to go to the cooking class first, change her clothes and leave for the beauty class. Suman comes and asks Isha again to make an excuse. The Makwana people take care of all the medicines in the hospital.
Natasha asks Pranali if she is happy and the latter says it will be better if Bhavin will come. Natasha assures that everything will be fine soon. Amrish smiles seeing Dhawal. Dhawal thinks in his mind how quickly Amrish melted. Hetal tells Amrish that everyone is happy for the first time and all this is happening because of him. While putting the pills, Dhawal noticed the boxes were different. He shows her to Natasha and tells her to stop thinking so much. But Dhawal insisted on talking to Amrish. Natasha takes medicine and eats it. He told Dhawal that it was fine, which meant that the drugs were not fake.
Dhawal tells Natasha that Amrish can’t change and if they do someone else Amrish’s job will end before it starts. Isha puts on police uniform and leaves the cooking class. Suman follows him to know where he is going. Amba was surprised to see the media arrive at the hospital and wondered who had called them. Dhawal is about to show the medicine to Pranali but they are distracted by a commercial. The reporter asked Amrish if he could stoop to any level to stop his women and family from moving forward.
The reporters accused Amrish of supplying fake medicines to the hospital. Natasha reprimands Dhawal for calling them but he denies that he is the type to call them. Natasha tries to stop the media but Dhawal again accuses Amrish of being inflexible. Drug testing procedures. Dhawal told Amrish Makwana that he could not allow women to raise the topic. The press reports that Dr Pranali’s license will also be revoked. Dhawal said that Amrish will go to Makwana’s house alone while all the family members will go with him. Amba thinks her plan has gone wrong and prays to God to save Amrish.
Natasha consoles Pranali but she cries profusely saying that the men of Makwana house cannot change. Food officials went to investigate, but found trash in a box. The food service leaves nothing and tells the media that their information is false. Dhawal asks Amrish to thank the women for saving him and leaves.
