Parineet bravely saves Neeti from a fire, handing her over to Sanju and informing him that Neeti inhaled a lot of smoke and needs to rest and see a doctor. Sanju checks if Parineet is okay, and she nods in response. Daima then takes Parineet away as Sanju watches her intently. Gurinder urges Sanju to take Neeti to the hospital. Later, once Neeti regains consciousness, she starts searching for Parvathi before leaving. Bebe warns Gurinder that Neeti shouldn’t cause any trouble in Parvathi’s house.
Meanwhile, Daima inquires about Ambika, to which Parineet replies that Ambika is sleeping after taking her medicine. Daima wonders if Ambika scolded Parineet, and Parineet admits that Ambika is upset with her but reassures Daima that she will handle it once Ambika calms down.
Parineet reflects on the incident, and Daima expresses her concern, saying that Parineet was wrong to risk her life for Neeti. Parineet insists she had to save her, as her revenge against Neeti is not yet complete. She confesses that not only did she lose her own life but also her child, leaving her with nothing while Neeti has everything and is happy. Parineet feels compelled to take revenge on Neeti for shaking hands with Sanju and “killing” her in a metaphorical sense.
Later, Neeti arrives to see Parineet, with Daima following closely behind. Parineet scolds Neeti for visiting at such a time, but Neeti pleads for a few minutes to talk privately. Daima complains that Neeti has no manners and shouldn’t visit someone’s house unannounced. Neeti insists on speaking to Parineet alone, and Parineet reluctantly agrees.
Neeti picks up a knife, and when Parineet warns her to drop it or she will shout, Neeti implores her to kill her instead, stating she wants to die. Parineet throws the knife aside, urging her to talk instead. Neeti explains that she mistook Parineet for herself because they look alike and believed that Parineet would return. She expresses her fear that Sanju might go back to Parineet.
Neeti reveals she wants to share her past with Parineet, explaining that Parineet was once her friend who betrayed her by taking Sanju away. Meanwhile, Gurinder praises Parvathi’s bravery for saving Neeti, despite the torment she suffered at her hands. Neeti acknowledges that only Parvathi could have saved her, not Parineet. She admits that her anger towards Parineet led her to attempt to kill Parvathi multiple times, believing she was Parineet and recognizing Parvathi as Ambika’s daughter.
Bebe tells Gurinder that Parvathi’s bravery in saving Neeti is commendable. While Parminder and Sanju still believe that Parineet is to blame, they are beginning to understand that she is actually Parvathi. Later, Neeti tells Parineet that she has given her a new lease on life, reinforcing that she knows she is Parvathi. Parineet is relieved Neeti understands the truth and questions why she still harbors hatred towards her, sensing something significant must have happened.
Neeti confesses that she won’t hide the truth anymore and reveals that she set fire to the hotel. Bebe tells Gurinder that Neeti has effectively killed Parineet, emphasizing that Parvathi is indeed Parvathi and that Parineet won’t return. Neeti admits to Parineet that she killed her, explaining that she did it for Sanju, as she wanted him for herself.
