They suspect Babli might have taken it, and since Parvati treats her like a sister, they fear she may have leaked the information to her. Babli adamantly denies any wrongdoing, and Neeti expresses her belief in her innocence, but insists that they need a lawyer’s assistance. Parminder suggests that Neeti inform Parvati about the situation.
Meanwhile, the inspector questions Ambika about her presence, stating he would have preferred to meet her at home. He reassures her that he will take care of the case and that she need not worry.
Daljeet’s lawyer arrives and requests permission to meet with him. In a surprising turn, Parineet encounters Daljeet in jail. She tells him that he won’t be getting out anytime soon and reveals that she spoke to his lawyer outside, who advised against taking his case. Parineet warns Daljeet that he will be punished not only for torturing Babli but also for the death of Parineet. She reveals her true identity as Parvathi, explaining that they’ve wronged her in their pursuit of Parineet, and she intends to ensure they remain imprisoned. Daljeet tries to downplay her resolve, referring to Neeti as cunning, but Parineet retorts that a lion rules the forest and that no one will be able to secure his bail.
