Shubhan is bound to his bed to prevent him from meeting Mannat in the middle of the night. He struggles to free himself, but Ibaadat firmly states that she won’t help him anymore. At that moment, Mannat arrives and attempts to enter the room, but Ibaadat swiftly blocks her and insists that she leave, claiming that Shubhan no longer wants to speak with her. Mannat, not believing her, forcefully pushes past Ibaadat and enters the room, finding Shubhan asleep under the blanket. Despite calling his name multiple times, he remains silent, leading to Mannat being pushed out once more. Ibaadat then enters the room and uncovers her husband’s face.
Ibaadat lies down beside Shubhan, feeling the emotional distance between them, which pains her deeply. She knows she has hurt him but feels powerless to change the situation. Suddenly, Shubhan wakes up and reacts irritably to find Ibaadat beside him. She kisses his face and wishes him a happy birthday before stepping out to get him some food. On her way out, she notices Mannat still sitting outside the room. Ibaadat returns and is surprised to see Shubhan in such a poor state but does nothing to help him. A confrontation erupts between the two sisters over Shubhan, with Ibaadat warning Mannat to stay away from him or face severe consequences.
To provoke jealousy, Ibaadat taunts Mannat by saying she and Shubhan were lying in the same bed and that she even kissed his cheek. Mannat refuses to believe her and, to prove it, Ibaadat kisses Shubhan on the cheek, igniting Mannat’s jealousy. As soon as Ibaadat leaves the room, Mannat sneaks in through another door and demands a kiss from Shubhan, disregarding his current predicament. She leans in to kiss him, but he pleads for her to untie him first, knowing that he wouldn’t let her kiss him otherwise. Just as she leans closer, Ibaadat presses a heated iron against Mannat’s lips.
Mannat screams in agony as she gets burned. Hearing her cry, everyone rushes into the room. Kayanat and Gulnaz are furious at the chaotic scene. Kayanat shouts at Ibaadat for forcibly tying up Shubhan. Once everyone leaves, Shubhan confronts Mannat, upset that she didn’t help him when he was tied to the bed. He expresses his frustration at not receiving any sympathy from her.
