Shalaka reflects on the importance of tonight being the “witch moon night,” knowing that only human blood can soothe her. She sets her sights on harming Rachana and her unborn child, plotting to frame Nishiganda for the attack. Moksh’s family discovers Rachana and her family injured, unsure of who the attacker might be. Moksh’s aunt claims to have an idea of the culprit.
In the dead of night, Shalaka sneaks into Nishiganda’s room while she sleeps and smears Rachana’s blood on her hands, planting evidence to implicate Nishiganda in the crime. Moksh’s aunt points out the unusual footprints on the wall, expressing her suspicions of Nishiganda, especially since she disappeared during the function. She accuses Nishiganda of being behind Rachana’s attack, but Moksh insists on getting Rachana to the hospital first, vowing to follow shortly. The family rushes Rachana to the hospital.
Moksh later confronts Nishiganda, noticing the blood on her hands. Waking her up, he questions if she was involved in the attack. Nishiganda denies any involvement. When Moksh asks why she was there, Nishiganda explains that her dark powers were overwhelming her, so she bound herself with sacred chains, which caused her so much pain that she passed out. Meanwhile, Shalaka celebrates, confident that she will ruin Nishiganda and Moksh’s love tonight. She plans to later approach Moksh and be with him.
Moksh shows Nishiganda the blood on her hands, demanding answers. Confused, Nishiganda insists she doesn’t know how it got there. Moksh, frustrated, accuses her of proving she is a witch and storms out. Shalaka secretly follows Nishiganda, using her powers to observe her. At the hospital, Moksh’s family receives terrible news: Rachana and her unborn child are in critical condition.
Nishiganda, bewildered by her missing memories, confides in Vishtar. He tells her that someone is framing her and advises her to consult her magical ring to uncover the truth. Just then, Nishiganda overhears servants discussing how Moksh’s family is asking for the Ramayan, as Rachana’s condition worsens. Determined to save Rachana and her baby, Nishiganda springs into action. Using her powers, Nishiganda learns that a magical girdle could save both Rachana and her unborn child. She decides to retrieve it from the treacherous Chakravyuh.
Vishtar and Nishiganda arrive at the Chakravyuh’s entrance. Vishtar explains that to enter, Nishiganda must offer a drop of her heart’s blood and leap off a cliff. He warns her that she has only 30 minutes to retrieve the magical girdle—if she doesn’t make it out in time, she will be turned into a statue forever. Determined to save Rachana, Nishiganda accepts the challenge.
Inside the Chakravyuh, Nishiganda experiences a vision of her inner self urging her to enter a door that promises to grant her the 16th Sringar (adornment) without sacrificing Moksh. Realizing this path won’t lead to the magical girdle, she resists the temptation. Vishtar watches from afar, knowing Nishiganda will have to endure multiple trials to reach her goal.
Nishiganda then envisions her future child, and her inner self tempts her with another door, suggesting she could give Moksh a child. However, Nishiganda stays focused on her mission, rejecting the offer and continuing her quest for the girdle.
At last, Nishiganda reaches the magical girdle, but the formidable Maha Asur appears, warning her that her time has run out. As she begins turning to stone, Maha Asur offers to halt the transformation in exchange for her loyalty. Desperate to save Rachana and her unborn child, Nishiganda agrees.
Meanwhile, Moksh prays fervently at the temple, asking for divine intervention to save Rachana and her baby.
