Suman pleads with Purna for money to cover Hema’s treatment, assuring her that she will repay it as soon as possible. She is unaware that her son, who is posing as his mother, is handling the call and asks Suman to visit the house. Suman informs her family that she has arranged the money for the operation and leaves to collect it.
Meanwhile, Teerth returns home and questions Kritika about what she’s hiding. Kritika, frightened, is confronted by Chandrashekhar, who begins to argue with him. Teerth reveals that Rishi’s mother had an accident and questions Kritika about who caused it. Chandrashekhar, unaware of the full story, asks Teerth how he knows. Teerth accuses Kritika of being responsible for the accident and fleeing the scene. Devika, enraged, defends her sister, demanding proof of the accusation.
Teerth claims that Suman witnessed Kritika at the scene. Devika insists that Suman was with her and tells Teerth to focus on his relationship with Kritika instead. Geetanjali asks what’s happening, and Devika explains that Teerth agreed to marry her in front of their father. Teerth suggests taking Kritika to the police station. Devika intervenes, asserting that Chandrashekhar will vouch for her sister’s innocence.
Chandrashekhar insists that his sister-in-law would not lie, but Teerth maintains that Suman saw Kritika fleeing and that Kritika’s car was found at the scene. Devika demands concrete evidence and promises that if Teerth can prove Kritika’s guilt, she will not forgive her sister. She then takes Kritika away.
Later, Suman arrives at Purna’s house and asks for the money. Purna’s son, pretending to be his mother, reveals himself to her, shocking Suman. He tries to assault her, but Suman fights him off and escapes. Purna arrives, stunned by the situation.
Suman reaches the hospital and tells her family she couldn’t gather the money needed for Hema’s surgery. Teerth reassures her not to worry. Suman is upset to see Kritika but learns from Teerth that Kritika wasn’t driving; her driver was responsible. Both Kritika and the driver fled the scene. Kritika apologizes to Suman, and Teerth provides first aid for Suman’s injuries, which Kritika resents.
Purna arrives, feigning concern for Hema, and offers money for her treatment. She takes Suman aside to discuss matters privately. Teerth and Rishi watch, suspicious of the conversation. Purna suggests that Suman should punish her son for his actions, and Suman agrees, beating him until he apologizes. Purna then offers money to Suman and asks her to sign an agreement. Just as Suman is about to sign, Teerth intervenes.
