Suman is praying for help when she notices the royal catering team entering the kitchen with their shoes on. Geethanjali warns that she shouldn’t have listened to Teerth and taken Suman’s order, as it could lead to more problems. Suman confronts the catering staff, insisting they remove their shoes, explaining that the kitchen is a sacred space, a place of Annapoorna. Geethanjali is impressed by her conviction. Suman emphasizes that wearing outdoor shoes could contaminate the food, and Devika chimes in, mocking Suman’s broken slippers and claiming they’re not allowed in her kitchen. Rishi observes that Suman is so focused on caring for others that she neglects herself.
Devika, looking down on Suman, declares that the royal catering staff serves the rich and aren’t like “trashy aunties.” Malini gets angry, but Suman advises her to ignore Devika, who is simply being herself. Suman continues to ask the catering team to organize their things, but they’re not accommodating. Malini complains about their behavior.
Devika then instructs Akhil, Ridhi, and Kritika to keep a close eye on Suman, fearing her cooking expertise. Akhil agrees, recalling how delicious Suman’s chaat was, even in his intoxicated state. Devika recounts slapping her Devar and vows to ensure Suman doesn’t win. Kritika adds that while Suman may excel in chaat, it doesn’t mean she can cook well overall. Devika insists it’s about the magic in Suman’s hands and they must not let her succeed. Akhil and Ridhi warn Suman not to touch their supplies. Malini retorts that they can’t cook if they don’t give her space. Ridhi insists they won’t win anyway, so why accommodate Suman?
Suman stands firm, explaining that she’s cooked for large crowds in small spaces before, and this kitchen is sufficient for her family. Kritika questions her approach, but Suman replies that she treats all customers as gods and always uses gloves while cooking, covering her head with a dupatta.
Kritika then asks Boomi to prepare tea, which is included in their catering. Suman instructs Boomi to do so while keeping an eye on the others. She notices Reeva playing on a mobile and snatches it away, urging her to focus on her studies. Just then, Gupta arrives, and Suman fears another problem is brewing. Gupta confronts Chandrakant about giving the catering order to Suman, who had previously sent his daughter to jail. Teerth realizes that Devika’s influence is greater than he anticipated, as she had just discussed this with Gupta.
Devika pretends to scold Kritika for informing their father about Suman’s order, claiming she’ll teach her a lesson. Chandrakant manages to pacify Gupta and takes him inside. Teerth thinks Devika will do anything to sabotage the catering, and he must intervene to assist Suman.
Meanwhile, Devika hides a coin in the roti flour, and Suman grows suspicious of her intentions, complaining that Devika didn’t add sugar to the coffee. Malini suggests that Devika’s bitterness affects her taste. Devika instructs them to focus on their tasks and leaves. Boomi accidentally places the roti in the microwave without noticing the coin, causing it to overheat. Just then, Teerth arrives and catches Suman before she falls.
