Shocked, Suman soon discovers that her mother has been in a serious accident and is bleeding heavily. She rushes her to the hospital, where the doctor informs her that it’s an emergency but insists she file a police report before treatment can begin. Suman pleads with the doctor, emphasizing that her mother’s life is more important than the formalities, eventually convincing him to start treatment. As she waits, worried about her mother, memories of her father’s death flood her mind.
Meanwhile, Teerth reflects on his recent conversation with Suman and shares with Rishi that Devika has taken out her anger on him, thinking he’s only interested in politics. He wonders why Suman harbors so much resentment towards him. Rishi explains that Suman hates politics, blaming it for their father’s death.
Rishi receives a phone call from Boomi, informing him about the accident involving their mother. He immediately tells Teerth, and they head to the hospital together. At the same time, Rithvika rushes home and bumps into Teerth, but she’s too panicked to notice. She runs to Devika, confessing that she accidentally hit a woman with her car while talking to her on the phone. In her panic, she fled the scene, leaving the car behind, and now fears being arrested. Devika calmly asks if the woman died, but Rithvika admits she was too scared to check. After learning the location of the accident, Devika realizes the victim is Suman’s mother. She reassures Rithvika that everything will be fine, as their father is a politician and can resolve the issue easily. Coldly, Devika even praises her sister for causing the accident.
Back at the hospital, Suman struggles to arrange the two lakh rupees needed for her mother’s special treatment. Teerth offers to pay, but Suman stubbornly refuses, not wanting to accept help from him. Rishi pleads with her, reminding her that it’s about their mother. Reluctantly, Suman thanks him and breaks down in tears, while Teerth asks Rishi to console her.
Meanwhile, Rithvika is terrified of going to jail. Devika comforts her and makes a devious plan, calling the media to give them a story: Teerth, her father’s son-in-law, is supposedly helping a poor family after an accident. She frames Teerth in the situation, planning to use the media to teach both Suman and Teerth a lesson for crossing her. Later, Teerth hands his card to the hospital receptionist, but soon the media arrives, bombarding him with questions about the accident. Teerth manages to send them away, but Suman, witnessing the scene, assumes Teerth is only helping for political gain. Furious, she accuses him of exploiting their situation for his career and refuses his help.
Teerth, taken aback, tries to explain that he genuinely wants to help, as Rishi is his brother too. Suman retorts that if he truly wants to help, he should catch the person responsible—Rithvika, who hit her mother. Teerth is stunned by this revelation, while Boomi lashes out at him, blaming him for bringing trouble to Suman. Disappointed in Teerth, Rishi feels betrayed. Teerth, now resolute, promises to ensure that Rithvika is held accountable and goes to jail for her actions.
