Sachin desperately asks his friends for a lift, fearing that if Paresh discovers his intoxicated state, his father will severely punish him. Once inside the car, Sachin opens up to his friends, sharing his sorrow. He grows even more emotional when he hears about the struggles others are going through. His mind fixates on the warning from a man at the bar, who had recently lost his wife due to a misunderstanding. The man had urged everyone not to argue with their wives, warning that it could lead to tragedy. This thought terrifies Sachin, making him worry that Sayali might harm herself. He wants to speak to her, but his pride holds him back. Hesitant to reach out, Sachin asks his friend to call Sayali and check if she’s okay. His friend recognizes Sachin’s fear of the fallout from their argument, even though Sachin refuses to admit how much he cares for his wife.
Akash feels a deep sense of guilt for how things have spiraled between Sachin and Sayali, knowing he played a part in Sachin’s loss of trust in her. Meanwhile, Riya is furious with Sachin for beating her husband so violently. She vows revenge if such a thing ever happens again. Akash tries to explain that Sachin’s anger stems from his own insecurity, and that Sayali’s strained relationship with the family is a result of impulsive decisions and misunderstandings.
Shobha, Sayali’s mother, feels heartbroken over her daughter’s situation, being ousted from her marital home. His friends, seeing his discomfort, make light of his awkward situation.
When they finally reach Sayali’s neighborhood, Sachin feels too ashamed to enter her house. He asks his friend to go in and talk to her on his behalf, unsure of how to face her or what he would say if she started questioning him.
After a while, Sachin’s intoxicated friend, Anish, knocks on Sayali’s door. When she opens it, Anish asks if she knows anything about Sachin’s whereabouts. Frustrated and hurt, Sayali lies, telling him that Sachin is already in her room, even though he isn’t. Resolving to never see Sachin’s face again after he threw her out of their home, Sayali shuts the door, determined to keep her distance from him.
