Kaveri asks Arman if he has seen Abhira’s medical report. Arman, however, hides the truth about Abhira’s condition from her. Kaveri urges him to complete the wedding rituals and leave the report for later. Meanwhile, Ruhi feels guilty for telling Arman about Abhira’s report, knowing he has forbidden her from sharing it with anyone. Determined to find a way to reveal the truth, Ruhi begins plotting how to inform Vidya about Abhira’s report.
Manisha warns Abhira to be careful as the wedding is approaching. Vidya, however, drops a bombshell by revealing that Abhira cannot bring happiness to Arman, as she is unable to conceive. The Poddars are left in shock, and Abhira is devastated. Arman quickly suspects that Ruhi must have been the one who told Vidya. When confronted, Ruhi explains her actions. Arman, now forced to address the situation, admits that Abhira deserves to know about her condition, though he intended to discuss the matter of children with her later.
Vidya takes a drastic step, canceling Arman and Abhira’s wedding. Both are left reeling in disbelief. Vidya argues that because of Abhira’s inability to conceive, she cannot continue the family legacy. Arman defends Abhira, but Vidya challenges him, asking if he is truly willing to give up his dream of fatherhood. She insists he think practically and warns him that even if they adopt a child, the baby will never carry his bloodline. This reminder stirs painful memories from Arman’s past. Faced with the harsh reality, Arman falters and lets go of Abhira’s hand, leaving her heartbroken while Ruhi watches in satisfaction.
Abhira is shattered by the turn of events. Sanjay lashes out at her, cruelly calling her an orphan and a burden, while Manish steps in to defend her. Sanjay, unmoved, insists that Abhira is nothing but a problem. Manish, refusing to let her endure any more humiliation, tells Abhira not to waste her tears on the Poddars and urges her to come with him. Stunned, both Abhira and Arman watch as Manish takes her away, separating them. Ruhi is secretly pleased by the outcome.
Later, Abhira is overwhelmed by thoughts of Arman. Restless and emotionally torn, she comes across a baby on the street and instinctively decides to help the child. Meanwhile, Vidya discusses the wedding with Arman, reinforcing her stance that adopting a child would only lead to more suffering for him. Rohit, however, advises Vidya to give Arman some time to figure out his future. Arman is left in turmoil, torn between his love for Abhira and his dreams of fatherhood, unsure of which path to choose.
